Ningbo Beilun Jiangyou Machinery Co., Ltd. (Jiangyou for short) is located in Dagang Industrial Zone, Beilun, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Our company was established in April of 2006, with the registered capital of RMB1.5 million.
Jiangyou focuses on the precise machining and R&D for the heavy industry. We mainly produce hydraulic valves, motor flanges, different kinds of shafts and cement equipment parts. We have established long-term relationships with many world famous heavy industry companies, such as Sumitomo, Demag and F.L.Smidth.
Quality is regarded as the company's life. Our policy is "quality first, customer satisfaction utmost, standard management, and continuous improvement." Besides, Jiangyou has different kinds of measuring tools, CMM, hardness testers, altimeters, small and big vernier calipers, and micrometer calipers. All measuring tools are adjusted every year, and are operated by skilled QC engineers. In July, 2008, Jiangyou attained ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
For years of machining experience and cooperation with suppliers, Jiangyou has established good relationships with big enterprises in fields of steel raw materials and casting steels, heat treatment, painting and plating.
Our company has a perfect organizational structure which consists of Production Control Department with 3 persons, Technology Department with 4 workers and Inspection Department with 9 persons.
We will cooperate with suppliers to create great values for all clients. Our goal of annual production capacity is 30-50 million sets.
